Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please get in touch via our contact page or email us at support@byjefferson.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping is at your own cost, and items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important: Do Not Send Returns to Our Company Address

Our company address is our registered business address only and is NOT a returns address. Any parcels sent to this address will be refused and returned to sender at your own cost, and will not be eligible for a refund.

You must contact us at support@byjefferson.com first to request a return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away at support@byjefferson.com so we can review the issue and put it right.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original and, once your return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement.


UK Consumer Rights – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer based in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Your item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

This right sits alongside our standard 30-day return policy, giving you additional protection as a consumer.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Please bear in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at support@byjefferson.com.
