Do your items get better with age? Our pieces are designed to settle in over time. With regular wear and proper care, they tend to feel more comfortable and familiar as the months go by.

What styles do you carry? We carry a range of styles for both men and women, from classic pullovers and zip-up cardigans through to more distinctive statement pieces. Have a browse through our collection to find what suits you.

How do I care for my items? Care instructions vary by piece, so please check the label on each item. As a general guide, most of our pieces are best hand washed in cold water with a gentle detergent and laid flat to dry rather than hung.


ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship and how long does it take? We deliver across the United Kingdom with free shipping on every order. Processing takes 2 to 3 working days and delivery a further 4 to 9 working days, so your order arrives within 6 to 12 working days of being placed. For full details, see our shipping policy.

Can I track my order? Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it right to your door. You can also track your order here at any time. If the email hasn't arrived within 2 to 3 working days, check your spam folder or email us at support@byjefferson.com and we'll look it up for you.

Can I cancel or change my order? Email us at support@byjefferson.com as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before your order leaves our warehouse. For more on processing times, see our shipping policy.


RETURNS & DAMAGE

What is your return policy? 30 days, no stress. If your order isn't right for any reason, send it back unworn and in its original packaging, and we'll sort it. See our full returns and refund policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost? Email us at support@byjefferson.com straight away. We'll review your case and work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible. For more information on returns and refunds, see our returns and refund policy.
